I’m Glen, a three old, very handsome, all gray cat who lives with Ms. Getz in Duffy. Like a lot of people, I’m kind of stan
d-offish until you get to know me. But once that happens, I can shower you with lots of love – along with an abundance of cat hair.
I was living in the New Milford Animal Shelter when Ms. Getz found me and brought me home, and I’m really glad she did because I don’t know if any of you have ever lived in an animal shelter, but it’s not tons of fun. When she’s at work, I sit on the couch and watch television. I know how to change the channels, so I can
watch the nature shows. My favorite ones have birds in them.
Ms. Getz and I have a strong spiritual connection because I was born the same day her grandmother and godmother passed away. So even though I wasn’t the most sociable of cats the day she came to visit, she picked me as a way of remembering them. So I have to say, even though there are lots of girls who live nearby, Ms. Getz is my favorite non-feline friend.
